  • Edited versions and progress updates may be provided depending on the level of service selected. Additional review stages can be arranged for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the document.
  • Optional services include editor preference selection, plagiarism checking reports, grammar improvement reports, concise document summaries, and additional quality review checks by a second editor.
  • We offer multiple revision requests within 14 days for standard services and 30 days for larger documents, provided the requests remain consistent with the original submitted text and the selected proofreading or editing scope.
  • Revision requests are typically completed within 24 hours for the first update, 48 hours for the second, and up to 72 hours for any additional updates, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
  • Revision requests that introduce new instructions, additional content, or significant changes beyond the original submitted document may incur additional charges.
  • Expedited revision requests are available for an additional fee, subject to editor availability.
  • We aim to complete all proofreading and editing services within the agreed deadlines. Early delivery options may be available for an additional fee.
  • The service timeline begins only after all required instructions, files, and payment have been received. Delays in providing necessary information may extend the delivery time.
  • For longer documents, partial edited versions may be provided upon request to review the work and provide feedback.
  • You make a payment when requesting a proofreading or editing service. Funds are securely held until the edited document is delivered and approved. Payment is released after confirmation of service completion in accordance with the agreed requirements.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). PayPal is not supported to avoid delays caused by external payment holding policies.
  • All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your banking details. In case of payment failure (e.g., 3D Secure, ZIP mismatch, insufficient funds), our team will assist you.
  • Full refunds are issued in cases of duplicate payment, cancellation before editing work begins, or non-delivery of the service.
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of editing work completed and resources allocated.
  • Quality-based refund requests are reviewed after revision cycles and must relate to the original submitted document and agreed editing instructions.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.

  • Loyalty credits may be earned on service requests and redeemed via email. Referral credits are available and remain valid unless the referred service is cancelled.
  • We may use third-party services such as payment processors or language tools. We are not responsible for their independent policies.
  • Response times may vary depending on workload and time zones. Clients are responsible for timely communication to avoid delays.
  • Upon final approval, you retain full rights to the edited document. We do not reuse, resell, or publish client files.
  • Our premium proofreading and editing services are intended to improve clarity, grammar, and formatting. Clients are responsible for complying with the policies of their respective institutions regarding document use and submission.
  • Users must meet the legal age requirements to use our services. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.
